JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Paid Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-performing ad campaigns that increase brand visibility and sales, while maintaining a strong ROI.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue across various e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and use SEO strategies to optimize ad copy and landing pages.
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize spending and performance.
• Test and optimize ads for maximum ROI by experimenting with different demographics, keywords, ad formats, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the content and graphic design teams to ensure ad content is engaging and aligned with our brand’s voice and aesthetics.
• Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize effective ad spend.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing to keep ahead of competitors.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present these to senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Paid Ads Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role with a focus on e-commerce.
• Extensive experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to share insights clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Google Ads certification or Facebook Blueprint certification.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and techniques.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for effective landing pages.
