We are an established Amazon reselling company specializing in grocery and health and beauty categories. We source products wholesale from large distributors and resell them on Amazon, using advanced software tools to manage our operations.

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to enhance our product database. Your primary role will be to operate our "UPC Scraper" software, which involves taking supplier sheets, comparing UPCs with those listed on Amazon, and conducting manual searches for product titles. Your goal is to identify and correct discrepancies by finding all corresponding ASINs or Amazon listings that match the products exactly.

Key Responsibilities:

Use our UPC Scraper tool to compare Products/UPCs from supplier sheets with those on Upgrade to see actual info.
Conduct manual searches for product titles on Amazon to find matching ASINs.
Accurately add new Amazon listing/ASIN information to our internal database.
Ensure that product details such as flavors, sizes, and styles are consistent between Amazon listings and our price file.

Requirements:

High attention to detail and meticulousness.
Basic understanding of American grocery and consumer goods products.
Experience in data entry or basic research.
Ability to use various software tools effectively (training provided).
Flexibility in working hours, with a commitment to a full-time schedule (8 hours per day).
Willingness to use time tracking software (non-negotiable).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience conducting product research on Amazon.

Compensation:

$3 USD per hour

Flexible hours, 8 hours per day, full-time.
