Client Support Manager

Position: Remote Client Support Manager

Location: Remote (9 AM - 6 PM EST required)

Compensation: $750/month during training; $950/month post-training + performance bonuses

Role Summary:
This vital position requires managing over 100 client files, acting as the primary liaison between clients, insurance companies, and medical offices. The role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, a mastery of customer service (C-2 level), and the ability to engage effectively over the phone. We seek a candidate who is not only highly organized but also enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient management and oversight of client files.
- Seamless communication with clients, insurance companies, and doctors' offices.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions and proceedings.
- Engaging in comprehensive training to deepen understanding of workers' compensation claims.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven mastery of customer service (C-2 level).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with extensive phone-based interaction.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
