JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated virtual assistant to work closely with a successful author and keynote speaker. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in English, expertise in utilizing Zoho One customer relationship manager software, and possess specialist certifications from Upgrade to see actual info. If you have experience in book editing, formatting, and publishing, as well as book launching, marketing, website and landing page design and development within Zoho One, and social media management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the author and speaker to effectively run all aspects of the business
- Utilize Zoho One customer relationship manager software to streamline business operations
- Provide comprehensive book editing, formatting, and publishing services
- Lead efforts in book launching and marketing campaigns for the author
- Design and develop engaging websites and landing pages utilizing Zoho One tools
- Manage social media platforms and execute marketing strategies within Zoho One.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in utilizing Zoho One customer relationship manager software
- Upgrade to see actual info certification or equivalent expertise in professional speaking support
- Proven experience in book editing, formatting, and publishing
- Strong understanding of book launching and marketing strategies
- Proficient in website and landing page design and development using Zoho One
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management within Zoho One
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
