Join our Team as an Administrative & Digital Marketing Assistant! Bring your clerical, administrative, digital marketing, and creative skills to a great dynamic team!

We are seeking a dynamic and multitasking individual to fill the role of Administrative and Digital Marketing Assistant. This position will involve a combination of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as digital marketing responsibilities to promote our services and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

This role will have a probationary period but can result in long-term full-time employment. This role will also start at 20-30 hours per week with the possibility of full-time hours. You will have the chance to grow with the company and receive higher pay and bonuses as the company grows if you're offered a long-term position following the probationary period.

As the admin and digital marketing assistant, you will perform various tasks such as research, data entry, document management, audience engagement, social media management, and course/membership management among other things.



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

| Responsibilities |

- Researching and compiling leads, competitor analysis, and industry trends from various sources
- Entering lead information in spreadsheets and CRM systems accurately and efficiently
- Upload content, and descriptions, and assist with content creation and scheduling for social media platforms
- Upload videos to the course/membership platform
- Upload documents to the course platform
- Upload lead information to cours plateform
- Manage course portal daily
- Provide community support via multiple channels through social media responses, email support, scheduling and resolving customer inquiries
- Maintain files, documents, and records in an organized manner
- Assist with basic website maintenance tasks and social media management
- Help execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor, record, and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other metrics
- Collaborate with virtual teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and provide administrative support as needed

You will be completing a variety of tasks in your day-to-day responsibilities with the majority being administrative/clerical tasks.


REQUIREMENTS

Core Experience:
- Administrative & Clerical Experience - REQUIRED
- Social Media Experience - REQUIRED
- Researching Experience - REQUIRED
- Data Entry Experience - REQUIRED
- Digital Marketing Experience - Preferred
- Virtual Administrative role or similar - Preferred

Core Skills:
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and responsive communication skills
- Experience in using virtual collaborative tools and office software
- Possess initiative and the ability to be innovative
- Experienced in resolving complex issues
- Possess second-step thinking
- Ability to work independently and get tasks completed timely while also working with a collaborative team

Technical Skills:
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
- Familiar with setting up email campaigns and ability to use various software tools for work completion, collaboration, and communication
- Systems/Tools: Slack, Asana, Canva, Google Meet
-Social Platforms: YouTibe, TikTok, Pinterest


Other Requirements:
You MUST be able to work on US EST when you first start.
