We're seeking internet researchers. This is simple work that can be performed any time during the day or night, but you must be able to follow directions precisely, be self-motivated, and produce competitive results. You will need to read English reasonably well.
If you're interested, please follow these directions:
NOTE: This should take about 20 minutes. You don't have to buy anything!
1. Go to the search function on the website for the Maricopa County (Arizona, USA) recorders office: http://recorder.maricopa.gov/recdocdata/ (you might try different browsers to find the one that works best with this site.)
2. Select:
"search by document" (the default)
Document Code: set to "JUDGMENT-GENERAL TYPES INCLUDING CIVIL"
Set the Date Range to: 04/20/2011 to 05/20/2011
Hit the search button
3. The search provides access to legal documents (judgments) stored as .pdf files. Select .pdf to “view all pages.” You’ll need to click through a series of links to access the legal documents for each case.
These documents are usually 1-6 pages long and they specify the outcome and terms of a judgment in a lawsuit. We are looking for certain types of judgments.
Specifically, cases where:
The Plaintiff is an INDIVIDUAL or group of INDIVIDUALS, NOT a business, homeowners association, bank, group of investors, credit card company, government agency or some other non-person. We want cases involving individual people, not other types of entities.
The PRINCIPAL amount of the judgment is at least $10,000. (Not the total amount—the PRINCIPAL amount).
You can find the information about the plaintiff(s) and the principal amount of the judgment usually in the first page or two of the .pdf case record.
4. When you find a judgment that meets these two criteria, save the .pdf and email it to us as an attachment along with your contact information. (If you wish to demonstrate enthusiasm for this project, please feel free to find a few more and email them to us.) In the body of your email, please include all the information we need to contact you and work with you through oninejobs.ph. Our email address is: pingtest1621@gmail.com
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL PDFs FOR ANY JUDGMENT THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE TWO CRITERIA. We’ll be selecting three people from those who follow the above instructions correctly. We'll run a paid test between those people and hire the one who produces the most valid leads.
Thank you!
Rita
