Your Role:

Initially, you will take charge of managing sales calls independently as we build our marketing infrastructure. As sales volumes increase, your role will evolve to focus on developing systems, processes, and infrastructure to scale our sales team efficiently.

With the expansion of our team, your responsibilities will transition to sales team management, culminating in a fully managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage sales calls, including addressing abandoned checkouts, declined transactions, inbound queries, and post-purchase upsells.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, with a focus on soft sales tactics tailored to our target audience.
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring their success and growth within the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience in effectively leading sales teams.
- Perfect command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to working 40-50 hours per week.

Working Hours and Compensation:

You will commit to approximately 40-50 hours per week, with detailed scheduling provided pre-onboarding for clarity and alignment.
