(( Things we will need you to get from the Cash Buyers and Builders ))

1) Areas and Zipcodes they are Buying

2) Size Lots they are looking to Buy

3) Land Qualifications the Land has to have (Water, Sewer, etc.)

4) Getting the Cash Buyers and Builders Maps if they have one of the areas they are specifically buying

5) The Price Ranges they will Pay for the Lots
