We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to join our tech-forward team. Responsibilities:
Design and Implement Automation: Develop and maintain automation systems that integrate services like Notion, ChatGPT, Google Spreadsheets, and more, using platforms such as Make/Integromat.
Develop Custom Solutions: Use Python coding to build custom automations when standard tools do not suffice, ensuring seamless functionality across various systems.
AI Integration: Apply your knowledge of artificial intelligence to enhance automation processes, improving efficiency in areas like social media management, influencer marketing, logistics, and financial operations.
Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex automation issues, providing innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their process flows and needs, ensuring that automation strategies align with business objectives.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation for all automation architectures and report on system performance and improvements.

equirements:
Proven Experience: 3+ years in a role focused on automation and system integrations, preferably with a background in tech or IT industries.
Expertise in Automation Tools: Extensive experience with tools like Make/Integromat, and a strong ability to adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in Programming: Strong programming skills in Python, with the ability to write and debug complex code.
AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of various AI platforms and their application in automation.
Analytical Skills: High logic capabilities to architect effective automation structures that meet diverse operational needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
