We are looking for a detail-oriented, personable, and determined Recruiter to work for our California-based client that offers speech therapy, occupational therapy, and other services.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for US healthcare professionals
- Engage in various sourcing activities for US healthcare professionals, such as reaching out to past applicants, using LinkedIn to tap both active jobseekers and passive candidates, obtain
- Assist in the evaluation of resumes to examine candidates’ educational background, work history, skills and tool proficiencies, etc.
- Verify that candidates have the appropriate qualifications, particularly any necessary credentials or certifications, and conduct reference checks as needed.
- Coordinate interviews and make sure candidates have the right information before meeting the interviewers
- Update candidates about the status of their application and guide them throughout the process
- Regularly update the hiring managers about the progress of sourcing activities
- Partner with the hiring managers to determine and monitor the positions to be filled.
Qualifications:
- Solid track record in US healthcare recruitment is required
- Must have familiarity with vetting US healthcare professionals, such as speech therapists,
occupational therapists, etc.
- Must have familiarity with US recruitment regulations and hiring practices
- Must be proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, and be quick to learn new tools
- Must have outstanding communication, listening, and note-taking skills
- Must be willing to work part-time during US Pacific business hours
