Position Overview:

As a Bilingual French-English Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clientele. You will provide top-notch assistance and support to ensure our customers receive a prompt resolution to their inquiries, technical issues, and concerns. This role requires fluency in both French and English, as well as outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication: Interact with French-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels to address their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and technical issues efficiently, providing clear and accurate solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist clients with product-related inquiries, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and technical support to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and relay this information to the appropriate departments to continually improve our products and services.
7. Language Support: Provide language support for internal documents, communications, and translations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
