E-commerce Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Remote E-commerce Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various projects within our e-commerce domain. You will collaborate with teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects, from conception to completion. This role requires a keen understanding of e-commerce platforms, project management methodologies, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

LOCATION
This is a remote position, and candidates from any location will be considered. However, candidates must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones as necessary. Typically work is on U.S. EST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Planning and Execution. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; and develop detailed project plans. Then, collaborate with the team to keep plans moving forward

- Product sourcing, Procurement, and Management

- Risk Management

- Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the integrity and functionality of e-commerce platforms and products

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance e-commerce processes, workflows, and systems.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or project management, specifically within the e-commerce industry.

- MUST have experience with sourcing products from Alibaba, tracking invoices, & tracking stats

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion).

- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project deliverables in a remote work environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
