JOB OVERVIEW

Yard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B tech companies and their ideal customer profiles (ICPs), along with a proven track record of success in influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify relevant influencers and creators within the B2B tech industry who align with clients' target audiences and brand objectives.
Activate and onboard influencers and creators for active customer campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, messaging, and timelines.
Manage influencer relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop and execute effective influencer marketing strategies that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Assist with market research initiatives to expand Yard's roster of talent, identifying emerging influencers and industry trends to enhance our offerings.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to influencer marketing and B2B tech, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the B2B or tech industry.
Deep understanding of B2B tech companies, their products/services, and the nuances of their ideal customer profiles.
Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns from inception to execution, delivering measurable results for clients.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation, able to develop innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms, social media analytics tools, and project management software.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
