Loan Underwriter

We are seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team and manage the following responsibilities:

- Ensure all applications are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to address and resolve any questionable items.
- Communicate with Relationship Managers (RMs) regarding missing items or changes required, and coordinate with borrowers as necessary.
- Transition files to pre-screening once all necessary documents are verified and complete.
- Retrieve all required reports, excluding credit and background checks.
