Real estate acquisition manager

Looking for an experienced, professional real estate acquisition manager that specializes in being able to close deals when a seller says yes to an offer on their property. Must be able to comp the property quickly and put the information in the companies CRM. Must have negotiating skills and must be able to talk freely with our sellers without using a script. Part time work to start but will increase as the manager closes more deals for the company. We also give bonuses for every contract that goes to settlement.
