Dynamic SEO is a fast-growing US-based Digital Marketing Agency specializing in Local SEO and related marketing strategies. Since our inception two years ago, starting with just the owner and a single VA, we've expanded due to our commitment to exceptional client service and results-driven campaigns. We are now looking to add another rockstar Virtual Assistant to our team.
Job Description: As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the operational success of our SEO campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing Google Spreadsheets to track links, keywords, articles, citations, and map out websites.
Generating social media and Google Business Profile content using ChatGPT.
Uploading content to Google Business Profile and other content management systems.
Knowledge of Google Ads and local service ads preferred but not required.
Creating customer review replies and posting them across various platforms.
Converting prospect information into customer cards on Trello.
Researching website backlink profiles and identifying backlink opportunities.
Handling data management tasks and ensuring the accuracy of information on client profiles.

Required Skills:
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Majestic.
Proficiency in Google Workspace Apps, Trello, Slack, WordPress, and Wix.
Experience with content creation and management using AI tools like ChatGPT.
Strong understanding of the Google Business Profile interface and backlink evaluation.

Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, with a clear and continuous communication style.
Willingness to learn, evolve, and adapt to new challenges.
A background in Communications or English writing is preferred.

Work Hours & Benefits:
Flexible scheduling with 20-40 hours per week, requiring at least 5 hours of overlap with MST (Phoenix Time) between 8am and 7pm.
Part-time transitioning to full-time based on performance.
Pay rate of $4-5 per hour with potential increases based on skillset development and company growth.
