Ballard Products, LLC is a family-owned ecommerce company that supplies diverse household goods to buyers across the United States and Canada. Through our growing network of wholesale vendors and brand partners, we purchase and resell everything from candy bars to car parts using online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart and eBay. Founded in 2017 by two brothers, we remain focused on building a tight-knit team that is prepared to evolve with the ecommerce landscape.

We have begun developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers. In most cases, this means we become the exclusive or semi-exclusive sellers of the brand on Amazon and we monitor and manage the brand as if it were our own. It is the job of the Brand Manager to closely monitor and execute the strategies for these brands. The brand management team consists of our Lead Brand Manager, an Amazon PPC Manager, our internal media team, and an assistant for copywriting and listing creation & optimization. This position will work closely with the Lead Brand Manager and will be a great fit for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, enjoys the responsibility of overseeing brands, and is at ease working with large amounts of ecommerce data.

Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week)
Pay: $700 - $1200 salary per month + 13th Month

Responsibilities and Duties
Current responsibilities will include the below, however the Brand Manager position will require adaptability to changing needs:

*Oversee a set of brands and their listings ensuring they remain in good standing
*Analyze ecommerce performance data and recommend strategy changes and optimization improvements
*Responsible for new product launches and ongoing process optimization for their assigned brands
*Work closely with the Art Director to ensure all media assets are created as needed
*Work closely with the Amazon PPC Manager to discover and rank for relevant search terms / keywords on an ongoing basis while achieving target ACOS metrics
*Optimize all listings under management for conversion rate, profitability, and sales velocity
*Send regular updates to Brand Partners to maintain trust and build the relationships
*Work closely with the Catalog Director to forecast inventory needs for special promotions or strategic initiatives
*Develop and maintain an expert level of industry knowledge in ecommerce and the Amazon marketplace

Qualifications
*High School diploma or equivalent, though college experience in marketing or business is preferred
*2+ years experience in Ecommerce /Amazon FBA strongly preferred
*Strong ability to analyze, manipulate, and interpret data
*Must thrive on strategic thinking and crafting plans to achieve specific outcomes
*Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, data management
*Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles a plus
Keepa, SmartScout, Revseller and related software experience preferred
