JOB OVERVIEW

The role is to handle our Matchmaking business, we need someone who is really well-spoken and can communicate with clients. Often we get registrations and emails that need attending to right away.

In addition, we would like our employee to actively seek out potential clients and initiate conversations with them, this will be via LinkedIn and various other social media platforms.

To be considered for this position you will need to possess the below skills;
• Proven experience in Events Management
- Understand our existing database of clients and learn how to analyze and match clients to go on dates based on their criteria's
• Be young fun and enjoy interacting with people through written and verbal communication (Preferred age of candidate 25 to 35 years old)
• Speak and write well in English.
• Advanced organisation skills
• Stay in-tune and up to date with all the current marketing trends.
• Be proficient in Microsoft office products such as Excel and Word
• Understand how to utilise the features of Instagram and other social media platforms for Marketing and video editing.
• Proficient in video editing/graphic design – Edit videos and logos/posts
• Capable of creating online events i.e. Zoom events or can demonstrate the ability to do so


To be successful in this role you will required to perform the following functions:
• Perform video editing and posting for businesses; create engaging content from videos provided
• Utilise Instagram tools for marketing purposes; creating creative posts and logos
• Speak to clients via Whatsapp, Email and over Upgrade to see actual info calls and sometimes skype video calls
• Manage email correspondence related to two businesses- dating platform that consists of online and offline events & Photo booth services (enquiries not excessive)
• Within your response write the word May to show you have read this
• Provide quotes for Photo Booth services; maintain consistent pricing within 50km radius. Seek consultation for distances exceeding 50km (training provided)
• Communicate with prospective clients.
• Identify Singles businesses and Large scale event organizers in major cities of Indian descent
• Additional Miscellaneous tasks
