Project Description:
We are looking for a competent freelancer to assist in our venture into the Philippine luxury villa short-term/vacation rental market.

The project comprises two primary phases:

Phase 1: Market Overview

Objective:
Produce a detailed report on the current landscape of luxury villa rentals in key Philippine regions.

Tasks:
- Undertake thorough market research to understand trends, demographic insights, and competitor strategies.
- Assemble the findings into a comprehensive report with graphical representations and executive summaries designed for strategic planning.
We want to learn from you about what areas in the Philippines are of interest to our business model.

Phase 2: Partnership Outreach

Objective:
Identify and engage potential property management firms and other potential business partners within the most promising regions.

Tasks:
- Create a list of prospective partners that align with our strategic goals.
- Initiate outreach to evaluate interest and potential for collaboration.
- Begin conversations with potential partners to gauge the possibility of forming strategic partnerships.
- Schedule calls with the most interested companies *we can discuss as bonus payment per scheduled call*

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in both Tagalog and English.
- Basic computer skills for data compilation and effective presentation, preferably with Google Suite experience.
- Strong communication abilities for networking and initiating business relationships.
- Capacity to deliver precise, high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Deliverables:
- Market Research Report: Due within 2 weeks from project commencement, providing detailed market analysis with actionable insights.
- List of Potential Partners: Including initial contact details and status updates on outreach, due within 2 weeks from the start of this phase.
- First Outreach to Potential Partners: Initiate contact and document responses to evaluate interest in collaboration.
- Scheduling of Initial Calls: Arrange and confirm times for introductory discussions with interested partners.

Communication:
- Bi-weekly email updates.
- Weekly calls to review progress and discuss any urgent needs or modifications.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess a background in market research or business development, especially in the real estate or hospitality sectors, and will be knowledgeable about the Philippine market. Sales skills would be beneficial.

This position is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to our growth in this new market.
