Role Overview:
The Video Editor will be responsible for crafting compelling video content by following established SOPs and using specific editing software provided by the company. This role demands proficiency in editing short-form content like reels and adding B-roll, as well as long-form podcasts and YouTube videos.

Responsibilities:

Edit video content according to detailed standard operating procedures.
Enhance short-form content, including reels, by adding dynamic B-roll and engaging transitions.
Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
Work closely with our creative team to execute the vision for the project.
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of work.
Skilled in using the latest video editing software and tools.
Experience in editing various types of video content, including short-form social media content and long-form video productions.
Excellent sense of pacing and timing.
Ability to follow SOPs closely to produce high-quality output.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
