Job Description:
Cougartron A/S and Cougartron Inc. are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CPA Level) to oversee all bookkeeping operations for both companies. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all bookkeeping operations for Cougartron A/S and Cougartron Inc.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to aid effective decision-making
• Collate and present monthly MI and statutory reporting to Executive Management
• Provide weekly cash flow reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies for growth, profitability, cost efficiency, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with all tax-related regulations, laws, and filing requirements in all regions
• Liaise with non-financial departments to analyze non-operational KPIs and their impact on financial performance
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Collaborate with the management team to make strategic financial decisions

Requirements:
• CPA Level qualification
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience working in a multinational company is preferred
• Experience working with Navision and QB Online
