Automotive Journalist/Writer

Job Description:
We are looking for passionate Automotive Journalists / Writers who have a deep appreciation for Miatas, JDM culture, and automotive history. As part of our editorial team, you will write compelling articles, conduct interviews, and provide insights that both inform and entertain our readership. Your work will contribute significantly to establishing our magazine as the leading authority in the JDM community.

Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and proofread articles covering a range of topics related to Miatas and JDM vehicles.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth in all published content.
- Interview industry experts, car owners, and other relevant personalities in the JDM scene.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other editorial staff to create visually appealing and cohesive stories.
- Engage with our readership through social media and respond to comments and queries related to your articles.
- Future opportunities to attend car shows, races, and other events to gather unique content and insights.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a journalist or writer, preferably with a focus on automotive topics.
- Strong passion and knowledge of Miatas, JDM culture, and the automotive industry.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ability to produce engaging and insightful content.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with how affiliate marketing content sites work is heavily favorable.
- Familiarity with digital publishing and SEO best practices is a plus.
- Design experience is a plus (to create blog images)
