Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive support to our team including calendar management, email correspondence, and more.
- Create engaging content for various platforms such as IG and FB.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Requirements:
- Experience as a dedicated Virtual Assistant in a small business setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Creativity and a passion for content creation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.

This is a full time position. You need to have excellent English skills and excellent communication skills.

Working hours are flexible and the schedule is to be confirmed after your interview. You must be willing to work Pacific Standard Time to match that of the company's work hours.
