Recruitment/ Placement Specialist

Knightsbridge Nanny Agency/ Knightsbridge Staffing is an estate and domestic staff recruitment firm based in the US and UK. We match domestic staff and child caregivers with families in the high net worth and celebrity spheres. We are looking for a Recruitment/ Placement specialist to join our cohesive and collaborative team of women.
This role serves critical recruiting functions in order to fulfill the needs of clients and ensures that each candidate undergoes a thorough screening process.

Duties Include:

[ ] [ ] Attends weekly check-in with owner
[ ] [ ] Writing and posting new job breakdowns

[ ] [ ] Data base upkeep and updates

[ ] [ ] Responding to job post submissions/responses

[ ] [ ] Verifies candidate documentation

[ ] [ ] Process Trustline Registration for all candidates

[ ] [ ] Assists with Candidate Bio/Resume Finalization

[ ] [ ] Scheduling and conducting pre-screening phone/FaceTime interviews

[ ] [ ] Managing ordering and review of background checks for candidates

[ ] [ ] Schedules and Coordinates Family/Nanny Interviews + Trial Days

[ ] [ ] Conducts Interview with Family/Nanny and Trial Day Follow-Ups

[ ] [ ] Prepares Candidate Packets for Submission

[ ] [ ] Actively Recruit for 50 candidates per week

Monthly newsletter
Design/creation
social media
Website Updates

[ ] [ ] Assists owner with various marketing/outreach-related projects
