As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Photo Culling and Editing Assistant to join our established PH based team.

WEDDING EDITING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Please note at this time we are only considering candidates with extensive wedding experience.

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to assist our photography team with photo culling and editing tasks in a full time role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive stunning, polished images that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
Cull through large volumes of photos (Upgrade to see actual infoper wedding) to select the best shots
Build and organise Lightroom catalogue
Export catalogue to our ai based editing software, then tweak final result
Retouch images as needed
Collaborate with photographers to understand their vision and meet client expectations
Organise and maintain photo libraries
Assist with other photography-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
High proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, as well as speciality culling programs
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in photo editing is required
Strong written and spoken English
A passion for photography and a desire to learn and grow in the field
