Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Buyer's Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Australian real estate market, with a proven track record of successful property acquisitions. The Property Buyer's Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing residential or commercial properties that align with their needs and financial objectives. Australian experience in real estate is highly preferred for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties that meet clients' criteria and preferences.
• Assist clients in defining their property requirements, including location, budget, size, and amenities.
• Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients to inspections, providing expert guidance and advice.
• Negotiate with sellers or their agents on behalf of clients to secure the best possible purchase price and terms.
• Conduct due diligence on selected properties, including reviewing contracts, obtaining building inspections, and assessing property values.
• Liaise with mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
• Keep clients informed about market trends, property availability, and relevant regulations or legal requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the property acquisition process, from initial search to settlement.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Buyer's Agent or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Australian property market, including current trends, pricing dynamics, and regional variations.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for property evaluation and due diligence.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Relevant qualifications in real estate, property management, or a related field are advantageous.
• Australian experience in real estate transactions is highly preferred.
