JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a SaaS Business Development Representative. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our SaaS platform. This role requires strong communication (as well as high propensity to tract and follow up with leads) and interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of the SaaS, and the ability to identify and engage potential customers.

Responsibilities:
-Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
-Conduct in-depth prospecting to understand customers' needs, pain points, and how the product can solve their challenges.
-Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and social media platforms to engage in meaningful conversations and generate interest in our SaaS solution.
-Produce and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the product.
-Collaborate with the Head Of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, leveraging active listening skills to uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
-Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
-Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, including prospecting efforts, pipeline development, and conversion ratios.
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position product's solution in the market.
-Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, self-study, and industry networking.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
-3+ years experience in a BDR or similar role in the SaaS space.
-Strong understanding of SaaS business models, value propositions, and market dynamics.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
-Ability to conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
-Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using productivity tools such as email, social media, and prospecting platforms.
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-A positive attitude, resilience, and an eagerness to learn and adapt to a rapidly evolving industry.
