• Plans programs and strategies, and directs overall operations to promote customer goodwill and achieve the sales target of the store on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Implements measures to maintain quality service standards in the store and correct non-conformance with set standards.
• Analyzes profit and loss statement and identifies root causes of variances and opportunities to improve performance.
• Builds and maintains strong positive relationship with guests, other stakeholders and the community.
• Exercises overall management of employees through implementation of all policies, programs, SOPs, rules and regulations affecting personnel conduct and performance on the job.
• Evaluates objectively employees’ performance following policies and procedures to be able to reward good performance, address deficiencies, and set performance targets to ensure job satisfaction and success on the job.
• Disseminates all information (e.g., memos, SOPs, guidelines, etc.) through the conduct of regular meetings with employees to keep them informed of the latest updates and other important activities at the store and to listen to their problems regarding work.
• Monitors and submits regular reports and conducts audit of the store funds, sales and compliance to Cash Handling Policy.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Achieve store targets and motivate team to achieve them too. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Develop, implement and analyze budgets Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Orients and trains qualified employees. Conduct performance reviews Implement operational procedures, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, reconciliation and related forms Prepares inventory reports as necessary to develop a more informative database Respond and correct customer complaints, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Conducts effective employee meetings and counseling sessions Personally verifies that guests are receiving the best possible service.
