I have four years of experience in customer service and technical support where I provided timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns. With healthcare, I have handled prescription refills/orders, managed insurance claims processing, and provided information on health insurance benefits. And with  telecommunications, I am responsible in resolving technical issues related to internet and phone lines. Expanding my knowledge in the real estate industry, I worked as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, where I provided administrative and operational support to real estate agents and brokers. This includes leads and customer relationship management (CRM), overseeing website maintenance, coordinating property showings, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings, developing marketing materials, and providing administrative support to the transaction team and relevant parties to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and filed correctly. Through my experience in these roles, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and software proficiency skills that are beneficial to various roles and industries.
