Zoho One Full-Stack Developer (Portals, Maps, Automated Flyers, etc)

JOB TITLE: Zoho One Full-Stack Developer (Portals, Integrations & Maps)

HOURS: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Permanent Position

TIMEZONE: Eastern Standard Time (NYC) 2-4 Hours of overlap preferred.

COMPENSATION: Starting USD $700-$1,200 per month (based on experience; promotions over time). Bonuses with excellent performance and we know about the 13th month!

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are a commercial real estate brokerage seeking a permanent tea ---------- mber to:
•Build and maintain client-facing portals connected to Zoho CRM/Zoho One (e.g. deal dashboards, market survey portals, document access).
•Design and implement public-facing property search pages that pull live data from Zoho CRM to our website (filters, property details, maps).
•Customize and extend Zoho One (CRM, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Desk, etc.) using Deluge, APIs, webhooks, and Blueprints.
•Configure and customize map-based tools (Mapsly, Mapbox layers, other mapping plugins) for territory visualization and property/space availability mapping.
•Develop and maintain advanced integrations with ---------- and other tools beyond default plug-ins (custom workflows, triggers, logging to CRM).
•Configure territories and complex advanced user permissions, record field visibilities, etc.
•Standardizing flyers/proposals outputs pushing CRM data to zoho writer/power point presentations.
•Document your builds (simple admin guides) and support basic troubleshooting and enhancements over time.

REQUIREMENTS
•Strong experience with Zoho One/Zoho CRM customization: custom modules, Deluge functions, webhooks, Blueprints, APIs.
•Proven ability to build portals or web apps tied to Zoho (Zoho Creator, CRM Client Portal, custom front-end via APIs, etc.).
•Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and REST APIs; comfortable connecting Zoho with external tools (JustCall, Mapsly, Mapbox, etc.).
•Experience working with relational data models (e.g. Property ? Space ? Deal) and building views/lists based on that data.
•Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to propose technical solutions (not just follow instructions).
•Stable internet connection and availability for daily communication during overlapping U.S. hours.
•Daily Reporting: Simple list at the end of each workday summarizing tasks completed, issues found, and next priorities.

GROWTH POTENTIAL
For the super motivated who demonstrate the aptitude and desire to grow, this position can evolve to include system architecture for all Zoho apps, leading larger projects (full client portal ecosystem, advanced analytics dashboards, public property listing engines), advising on best-practice stack choices, and eventually supervising other developers/VAs as the tech team grows.
