(Basic Editing just adding the AI Avatar in the edits as well super simple and will be provided to you before the editing)

Channel Style:

Daily upload model
Inspired by proven channels in the space
Strong focus on retention and binge watching

Responsibilities:
Edit full YouTube videos (15–30 minutes)
Combine voiceover + avatar + visuals into a cohesive story
Use stock footage, images, and overlays to support narration
Maintain strong pacing and engagement throughout
Add subtitles, emphasis, and simple motion where needed

Editing Style:
Clean, structured, and easy to follow
Moderate pacing (not slow like documentaries, not fast like TikTok)
Focus on clarity and retention
Visuals should support the story, not distract

Requirements:
Experience editing YouTube videos (storytelling or documentary style)
Strong understanding of pacing and retention
Ability to match visuals to narration effectively
Reliable 48-hour turnaround time

Nice to Have:
Experience with AI avatar or voiceover content
Understanding of YouTube automation channels
Experience with older audience targeting
