Why We’re Hiring

We’re looking for a reliable Web Developer contractor to help us handle ongoing website tweaks and simple automation tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, practical, and efficient, and comfortable making quick updates without overcomplicating things.

What You’ll Be Doing (Real Examples)

- Duplicating existing Webflow landing pages
- Making small layout or content tweaks
- Replacing buttons with email submission / lead capture forms
- Updating forms, links, and page sections
- Supporting simple workflow automations connected to forms and submissions

Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and update an existing Webflow website
- Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed
- Ensure all changes are responsive and production-ready
- Implement small, fast turnaround requests as they come up
- Collaborate closely with the internal team for quick iterations

???? Automation & Integration (Light but Important)

- Build and maintain multi-step workflows using n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier
- Connect website forms to internal tools, email flows, or CRMs
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Able to troubleshoot and adjust automation logic when needed

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience handling small but frequent website changes
- Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
- Clear communication and reliable delivery

Nice to Have
- Webflow CMS experience
- Basic SEO awareness
- Experience automating lead capture or internal workflows
- UI/UX sense for professional or B2B websites
