At The Padel School, our mission is simple: to make world-class padel coaching accessible to players everywhere. With a growing global audience, a digital learning platform, and in-person academies, we’re building the leading English-speaking padel education brand worldwide.

Our website plays a key role in how players discover us, understand our value, and join our ecosystem — and we’re now looking for a Part-Time Webflow Developer to help us build, optimise, and evolve that experience.

The Role
As our Part-Time Webflow Developer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our Webflow site to support growth, conversions, and performance. You’ll work closely with our marketing and leadership team to implement new pages, improve UX, and ensure the site reflects the quality of our brand.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys shipping improvements, refining details, and working in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
Build, update, and maintain pages in Webflow
Implement landing pages for campaigns, courses, and launches
Improve site structure, UX, and conversion flow
Ensure responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Manage CMS collections and content updates
Collaborate with marketing on SEO, page speed, and best practices
Troubleshoot bugs and implement fixes efficiently
Maintain clean, scalable Webflow builds

About You
We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning Webflow delivery.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have proven experience building and maintaining sites in Webflow
Understand responsive design, UX fundamentals, and performance optimisation
Are confident working with CMS collections and dynamic content
Can translate briefs into clean, functional pages
Are organised and able to manage part-time workloads independently
Communicate clearly and work well with non-technical teammates
Have an interest in sports, fitness, or digital education (nice to have)
