Web Developer (GHL, JavaScript, CSS)

I need a skilled developer to help me implement a website redesign and create interactive tools that showcase my expertise and serve my audience of professionals transitioning into Governance careers.
This is a part-time, ongoing role (approximately 10 hours per week) with potential to grow as my business expands. You'll work directly with me, translating detailed design specifications into a polished, professional website.

Immediate Projects
•Homepage Redesign: Implement a complete homepage redesign in GoHighLevel following detailed design specs (colors, typography, spacing, section-by-section instructions provided)
•Interactive Career Quiz: Build an interactive assessment tool (custom solution) that helps visitors discover their career path
•Resource Hub: Create resource pages with gated downloads, email capture integration, and organized content categories
•Landing Pages: Build additional pages (Career Transition, Learn, About) following the established design system

Ongoing Responsibilities
• Maintain and update website content as needed
• Implement new features and pages as the business grows
• Optimize site performance and mobile responsiveness
• Integrate third-party tools (email marketing, quiz platforms, analytics)
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance
• Suggest improvements based on your expertise

Required Skills
• GoHighLevel experience: Proficient with GHL's page builder, funnels, forms, and workflows
• HTML/CSS: Strong understanding for custom code blocks and styling overrides in GHL
• JavaScript/React: For building custom interactive components or embedding external tools
• Responsive design: Ability to create layouts that look great on desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Attention to detail: Can match design specs precisely (exact colors, spacing, typography)
• Communication: Clear, proactive communication; comfortable working asynchronously

Nice to Have
• Email marketing integration: Connecting forms to email sequences, tagging, segmentation
• Webflow, Framer, or WordPress: In case we migrate platforms in the future
• Basic design sensibility: Can suggest improvements beyond just implementing specs
