Virtual Assistant – Walmart Ecommerce Store Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage the setup and day-to-day operations of our Walmart Ecommerce Store.

Responsibilities:

* Complete Walmart seller account setup and store configuration
* Conduct product research and sourcing to identify profitable products
* Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing
* Manage inventory levels and product uploads
* Monitor orders, fulfillment, tracking, and customer service inquiries
* Analyze product performance and recommend improvements
* Handle Walmart compliance requirements and listing updates
* Track competitor pricing and market trends
* Assist with promotions, sales campaigns, and store optimization
* Generate reports and provide regular performance updates

Qualifications:
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
* Previous experience managing Walmart Marketplace stores
* Strong product research and sourcing skills
* Knowledge of Walmart listing optimization and SEO best practices
* Familiarity with inventory management and order processing
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

* Experience with Walmart automation tools and e-commerce software
* Understanding of dropshipping, wholesale, or private label business models

This role is responsible for helping grow and maintain a profitable Walmart e-commerce store through effective product sourcing, listing management, and operational support.
