We’re a fast-growing affiliate marketing company running high-volume paid ads across
This role is for a human-first ad scriptwriter who can write engaging, persuasive, conversational scripts that don’t sound robotic or AI-generated. You’ll be writing short-form and mid-form ad scripts that turn attention into clicks and calls.
This is a long-term role with consistent work, performance bonuses, and real upside. We have zero turnover on our scriptwriting team and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Write and rewrite high-converting ad scripts for
- Rewrite existing winning scripts with fresh angles, hooks, and delivery
- Create new scripts from provided briefs, outlines, or key talking points
- Research viral hooks, trending topics, and winning ad patterns to inspire new scripts
- Write in a natural, conversational, human voice that feels authentic and persuasive
- Collaborate with the team to iterate on scripts based on feedback and performance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong written English with excellent grammar, flow, and tone
- A creative, persuasive writer who understands how to grab attention fast
- Ability to write ads that sound human, not stiff or AI-generated
- Self-starter who can work independently and hit daily output expectations
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable with deadlines
- Comfortable working 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or similar is a plus
