Vicidial Expert

We are seeking a Vicidial Expert with specialized experience in installing Vicidial on servers and setting up the backend infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for creating and configuring our own dialer system, which will be used internally and offered to clients as a service. This role focuses on backend setup and server management, as our team already handles frontend configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install and configure Vicidial on servers, ensuring a robust and secure setup.
-Handle backend infrastructure, including database management, network setup, and security protocols.
-Optimize the system for performance, scalability, and reliability.
--Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any server or backend issues.
-Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
-Assist in setting up accounts for clients and providing ongoing technical support.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in installing and managing Vicidial on servers.
-Strong expertise in backend setup, including database and network configuration.
-Understanding of VoIP technologies and call center operations.
-Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
