Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis under direct supervision
Prepare shop drawings, connection details, and fabrication packages
Participate in design reviews, value-engineering exercises, and constructability assessments
Maintain organized project files, revision control, and deliverables per company standards

What You Will Learn

Industry-standard modeling workflows in Revit and Tekla Structures
Best practices for producing clear, constructible documentation
Effective communication and collaboration in a distributed international team

Required Qualifications & Traits

Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit and/or Tekla is a plus (training provided)
Strong mathematical foundation and genuine interest in structural behavior
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work
Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written and spoken English)
Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Location: 100 % remote
Work Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary with room for rapid growth based on performance
