Job Description:
As a Stable Diffusion Prompt Specialist at Pictor.pro, you will harness your artistic and technical skills to craft detailed prompts that transform photos into various artistic outputs while maintaining the likeness of the subject in each output. You will reimagine the photos of event attendees in styles ranging from Vikings and Super Heros to fire monsters and various artistic styles like impressionism, pop art and more. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical prowess, and strategic thinking to align AI-generated content with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine AI text prompts to transform photos into artistic outputs while keeping the source photo likeness at least 95%
• Optimize stable diffusion techniques based on client and team feedback.
• Collaborate with various teams to align prompts with business goals and creative visions.
• Analyze prompt performance and improve engineering practices.
• Integrate client branding or products seamlessly into photos to enhance brandable ---------- nts.
• Train new Stable Diffusion models on a per project basis as needed.


Requirements:
• Must submit a portfolio showcasing a wide range of stable diffusion artwork, including successful image-to-image prompts using Stable Diffusion and Midjourney, demonstrating the ability to retain the likeness in recreated images (PORTFOLIO REQUIRED).
• Proven work experience as a Prompt Engineer or in a similar role, with strong artistic vision and an understanding of color theory and composition.
• Proficient with industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A deep understanding of Stable Diffusion and other AI-generated content development, with the ability to research and stay up-to-date on current trends and techniques in the art industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines and produce high-quality, consistent artwork.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, taking direction and incorporating feedback effectively.
