THE ROLE

We are hiring a highly capable, technically savvy E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant to help build and manage the technical foundation of our business.

This role is ideal for someone who:
- Loves systems and organization
- Is strong in Shopify
- Understands SMS marketing platforms (Postscript preferred)
- Is proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
- Wants long-term growth with a brand

You will work directly with the founders and help execute across e-commerce, automation, and marketing operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1?? Shopify Site Development & Optimization
- Assist with Shopify theme setup and customization
- Build and optimize product pages
- Create landing pages for campaigns
- Implement subscription functionality
- Improve UX and conversion rate
- Manage apps and integrations
- Upload products, collections, and assets

2?? SMS Marketing (Postscript)
- Build and manage SMS flows
- Set up automation sequences
- Manage keyword opt-ins
- Segment audiences
- Monitor performance metrics
- Test and optimize campaigns
- Ensure compliance with SMS regulations

3?? Technical Marketing Support
- Connect Shopify with Postscript, Klaviyo, and other tools
- Set up tracking pixels and analytics
- Build simple landing pages
- Assist with email automation setup
- Help manage contact lists
- QA testing before launches

4?? Operations & Systems
- Document processes
- Build SOPs
- Help organize dashboards
- Assist with reporting and metrics
- Research tools and recommend improvements
- Required Skills
- Strong Shopify experience (theme editing preferred)
- Experience with SMS platforms (Postscript preferred)
- Understanding of subscription models
- Familiarity with marketing automation
- Comfortable using apps and integrations
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Self-starter mindset

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT HELPFUL)

- Klaviyo experience
- Canva design skills
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with subscription box businesses
- Knowledge of SMS compliance regulations (TCPA, etc.)
- Experience working directly with founders

Must overlap at least 4 hours with U.S. Mountain Time
