I need some sort of system, code or thing to data scrap adverts from ---------- and ---------- to alert me when an off market property (which is listed on my website) becomes listed on these 2 websites.

It would need to look for the address of a property - such as 3 Oasis Street, Peregian Beach QLD 4573 and search the web when/if this becomes listed on these platforms - ----------

Is this possible?
