Senior Node.js Backend & Integrations Developer (4+ yrs) – Philippines Only

Position: Full-Time – Remote
Location: Philippines (100% Remote)

About the Role
- We’re expanding our dev team and looking for a Senior Node.js Backend & Integrations Developer who is based in the Philippines. You’ll work with a fast-moving, global team building integrations and scalable backend services for enterprise-grade applications.

If you have deep Node.js expertise, hands-on AWS experience, and strong Python scripting skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with 3rd-party SaaS tools
- Deploy, monitor, and scale apps using AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, DynamoDB)
- Create Python scripts for automations and integrations
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure uptime
- Collaborate with PMs, front-end devs, and QA teams
- Implement security best practices across integrations

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of backend development with Node.js
- Experience working with AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Strong Python skills for scripting/automation
- Experience building REST APIs
- Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and other auth protocols
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

Must be currently residing in the Philippines

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience with iPaaS, SaaS, or automation platforms
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures or message queues
- TypeScript experience
