About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong FIX Protocol experience to join our growing team. You’ll design and build high-performance, low-latency systems used by global financial institutions—including Fortune 500 banks—across Europe, the UK, and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex systems, enjoys solving real-world problems, and wants to contribute to a stable, high-impact platform at the core of global finance.

What You’ll Do
- Build Systems That Matter – Develop and optimize backend services in Java and Python; build frontend components using Angular and Node.js.
- Own FIX Integration – Design and implement FIX-compliant solutions for seamless communication between trading platforms and clients.
- Design for Speed – Architect systems for high-frequency, low-latency performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable products.
- Ensure Code Quality – Review, document, and refine code for performance and maintainability.
- Deploy with Confidence – Use CI/CD pipelines and AWS DevOps tools to ship and support applications in Linux environments.
- Solve Fast – Troubleshoot issues in live trading environments and ensure uptime and performance.

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of full-stack experience with Java, Python, Angular, and Node.js
- Solid hands-on knowledge of FIX Protocol in trading systems or financial applications
- Experience deploying and maintaining Java applications on Linux
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AWS DevOps
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Attention to performance, scalability, and reliability

Bonus Points
- Experience in trading platforms, capital markets, or secure tokenization
- Knowledge of market data systems or other financial messaging protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in diverse teams
