Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our accounting firm. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced accountants and financial experts to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial challenges and objectives.
3. Present our range of accounting services and solutions to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
4. Upsell accounting services to current clients
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and solutions based on client needs.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to help drive sales.
8. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals in a timely manner.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and objectives.
• Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
