SEO - Wordpress, Content, Optimization & Backlinking

Support I'm looking for includes:
- Building of SEO_ready websites, sub-sites with Wordpress
- Optimization of website, liaison with necessary technical staff for one-off technical optimzation if it is beyond your ability
- Management of existing Wordpress pages
- Content mapping and building for several websites
- Backlink outreach, building and setup, with weekly targets.

I hope to start with a trial of 4 hours a day; and if everything is good to progress on to a full-time offsite role.
