JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for cost-effective virtual assistants to manage the entire wholesaling process. This includes making calls, negotiations, and other necessary tasks! If you have experience in real estate wholesaling and are comfortable handling end-to-end transactions, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling:
- Initiate contact with potential sellers and buyers through phone calls.

- Bargaining and Communication:
- Handle negotiations to secure favorable deals with sellers and buyers.
- Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the wholesaling process.

- Follow-Up Management:
- Manage follow-ups and keep leads engaged throughout the sales cycle.

- Deal Tracking and Organization:
- Use CRM or real estate software to track multiple deals simultaneously.
- Ensure no details are overlooked and tasks are prioritized effectively.

- Marketing and Listings:
- Create and manage marketing materials and property listings.

- Onboarding New Properties:
- Handle the entire process from initial contact to closing the deal.

- Problem-Solving:
- Address challenges and setbacks promptly and effectively.
