About the Role
We are a specialized marketing agency that works with industrial manufacturers and B2B companies. We help clients improve their websites, generate leads, and strengthen their online visibility with engineers, buyers, and technical decision-makers.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Web Project & Operations Manager to help oversee website builds, maintenance requests, developer coordination, quality assurance, and website-related client communication.
This is not a senior developer role. We already have a strong developer in place. We need someone who can keep projects moving, communicate clearly, catch details, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate WordPress website projects, updates, and maintenance tasks
-Track timelines, priorities, revisions, and follow-ups so projects stay organized
-Communicate clearly with our developer and internal team about tasks and deadlines
-Review websites for quality assurance — layout issues, broken links, form problems, mobile responsiveness
-Help manage client website requests and ensure they are acknowledged and completed
-Organize website assets, records, logins, and documentation
-Make light website updates when appropriate, or prepare clear instructions for the developer
Required Skills
-Experience with WordPress and Elementor
-Strong written English communication
-Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
-Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and multiple moving parts
-Comfort communicating with developers, tea
-A good eye for layout, consistency, and overall website quality
-Comfort using ClickUp or similar project management tools
Nice to Have
-Familiarity with hosting, cPanel, FTP, DNS, SSL, backups, or website security tools
-Website maintenance or support experience
-Basic SEO knowledge
-Experience working with agencies or client websites
Growth Opportunity
This role starts part-time at around 20 hours per week and can grow into a full-time role as our client work expands. We are looking for someone dependable who wants to grow with us long-term.
