We’re a fast-moving real estate investing business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Admin / Executive Assistant who is already proficient in GoHighLevel.
If you do not have experience with GoHighLevel, please do not apply — this role requires you to hit the ground running with minimal training.
This is a part-time, long-term position starting at 10-15 hours per week (2 hours/day, Monday–Friday) with room for growth. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and love getting things done efficiently — you might be our next rock star.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Running and managing marketing campaigns inside GoHighLevel CRM
Tracking and updating leads, deals, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
Managing spreadsheets, documents, and back-office systems
Performing light data entry and research as needed
Helping keep the business organized and on track daily
Requirements:
Proficiency in GoHighLevel (campaigns, workflows, pipelines, tagging, reporting) — non-negotiable
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to follow processes
At least 1 year of VA, admin, or executive assistant experience preferred
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Hours & Pay:
2 hours per day | 10 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Starting rate: $3–$6 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Flexible hours as long as daily tasks are completed on time
Paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or your preferred method
