Looking for someone who has some prior experience working in a real estate wholesaling business. Not required but preferred!
Overview:
You will act as mission control for the company. You will need to be detail oriented and ensure nothing slips through the cracks on a daily basis! It is most important to be focused and have a sense of urgency in all aspects of the job as real estate can be very fast paced at times.

Primary Job Tasks:
- Pull and skip trace seller leads to be reached out to by the lead generators (marketing and cold calling VA)
- Screen leads forwarded by the lead generators based on your buy box & assign good leads to the Acquisitions Manager
- Create comps to figure out ARV, Max Offer Amount, and Dispo Sales Price
- Draft the Purchase Agreement and send the contract for e-signature
- Open Escrow with the closing attorney
- Upload all contracts in Podio & make sure Podio stays organized and updated.
- Coordinate with boots on the ground to set up lock boxes and take photos
- Build and manage your buyer's list
- Speak t0 and verify new cash buyers in the area
- Market properties for disposition using different platforms
- Negotiate with the buyers on the disposition sales price
- Draft Contract for the buyers and send them for e-signature
- Follow up with buyers and assist until the deal closes
- Manage Podio - push the leads in the different stages
- Pull reports from Podio to analyze the success of the campaigns
