We are seeking a skilled full-stack software developer to create a custom cloud-based software solution for our service company. This platform will serve as a central hub for managing customer information, scheduling jobs, and streamlining our operations. The system should include both a web-based application and an accompanying mobile app for technicians in the field.
Key Features:
Customer Management:
* A place to store and manage all customer info (contact details, service history, etc.).
Job Creation & Scheduling:
* A simple way to create jobs and assign them to technicians.
* A scheduling tool that makes it easy to plan who’s going where.
Mobile App for Technicians:
* A user-friendly app so our techs can see their jobs, update statuses, and add notes.
The ability to take credit card payments in the field (using Stripe integration).
Invoicing & Quotes:
* A feature to create invoices and quotes on the spot, so customers get everything they need right away.
Inventory Tracking:
* A module to track inventory so we can stay on top of stock and materials for jobs.
API Integrations:
Integration with a phone platform like Twilio for communication features.
Access for Multiple Companies:
* A backend system where we can give different companies their own access and customize workflows for them.

Full-Stack Skills:
* Strong experience with front-end and back-end development.
* Proficiency in modern frameworks and technologies (React, Angular, Node.js, Django, etc.).
API Integration Expertise:
* Familiarity with integrating payment processing. Experience with Twilio and Whastapp
Mobile Development:
* Ability to develop mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
Database Management:
* Experience with database design and management to ensure data is secure, organized, and scalable.
Cloud-Based Systems:
* Knowledge of building scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
User-Centric Design:
* A knack for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience working on service management or scheduling software.
* Familiarity with role-based permission systems.
* A portfolio of similar projects you’ve worked on.
